Do you sell wholesale?

Do you have a physical store?
- No, we ship from our home studio in Toronto, Canada (sorry, no local pick up - we don’t do craft shows either. I’m a hermit)
Are your gemstones real?

Will it tarnish?

Where do you ship?
- Currently we ship within Canada, USA, Australia and NZ
- Please read our Shipping Policies before purchase.
How much is shipping?
- USA flat rate: $6.89US for most small orders
- Canada: $5CAD Untracked/Uninsured letter mail (only for small items) or calculated shipping via Canada Post Expedited parcel
- AUS/NZ $19.99 flat rate shipping
How long before you ship my order?
- Everything is made to order, quality checked, and wrapped up safely, just for you! Processing time is 1-3 days (maybe a bit longer around the holidays)
How long is delivery?
- Once your package has shipped, I don’t have any control over delivery dates. These are estimated delivery windows:
- USA - 3-5 business days
- Canada - 2-10 business days (up to 3 weeks for letter mail)
- AUS/NZ - 21-40 days
Do you accept returns?
- All items are final sale. We are not able to offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
NEW ⚠️USA tarrifs
- Beginning on May 2/25 - Finished products using ANY components* that are made in China, will be subject to tariffs upon delivery (*any item containing one component/raw material manufactured in China renders the entire item as ‘made in China’ - and must be marked as such, for the purpose of tarrifs, as per the CBP. Necklace chains, ear hooks, clasps, etc are all considered components)
- All U.S. shipments will be subject to “physical verification” of discernable Country of Origin marking. (Aka, your packages are being opened to verify the ‘made in’ sticker is present)
- If you refuse to pay any additional taxes/tariffs/fees with USPS, your package will be sent for disposal. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for packages that are ‘Return-to-sender’ or refused.
My package hasn't arrived!
- Verify that the shipping address was correct.
- If the tracking is not updating or has not been scanned within 14 days, please contact me.
It says delivered, but I can’t find it!
If you are unable to locate your package and it says delivered:
- Check with other members of your house to see if they picked up the mail and forgot to tell you.
- Ask the neighbours on each side of your home
- Check between flyers and junk mail (our packages are small and can be easy to miss!)
- Check between doors/front porch/garage or other accessible areas.
- Contact your local Postmaster

If the tracking number indicates the package was ‘Delivered’ unfortunately we are not able offer replacement or refunds.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
- This RARELY happens, but not to worry! Please save all packaging and take photos of the damage and email them to info@shopearthshine.com, and reference your order number in the subject line.
Do you take requests?
- We can do *basic* custom things (necklace sizing, make earrings into necklace, etc) but anything that requires making a new idea/concept from scratch, or resizing/soldering/metal smithing, no.
